Women’s Business Centers constitute a national network of approximately 100 educational centers throughout the United States, the District of Columbia, and its territories helping women in creating and expanding small businesses. The SBA’s Office of Women’s Business Ownership (OWBO) manages the WBC organization. This gives owners (especially women who possess economical or socially limited challenges) extensive training and counseling on numerous subjects in multiple languages. This program can help female owners who are operating businesses at many levels.
